10 Movies That Didn’t Get the Recognition They Deserved
5. A Knight’s Tale
With Heath Ledger tragically gone, it’s time to dig out every movie he ever made and prove to ourselves why he really was the actor of his generation. This, an early flick in which Ledger plays a knight’s aide destined for greatness, is one of his finest forays. The film itself is a masterpiece- a soaring shank of anachronism, belly laughs and amazing music, it places Ledger’s likeable performances to the fore and gives way to a rollicking good story and some fantastic jousting scenes (how often do I get to say that?). Criminally, criminally underrated.
