8. Chace Crawford- Twelve
While you might not expect to find a Gossip Girl actor lurking around this list- least of all for a teen movie Joel Schumacher made- Chace Crawford fully deserves his spot here. While Twelve was, at times, a little too pondering or slow, Crawford turned his all-American good looks to something a bit more serious-and it worked. His drug dealer was brought to life in an all too sympathetic light- an intelligent, verbose creature with a sad kind of understanding of the world he lives in and no specific idea of how to get out. A terrific show from the young Crawford.
