9. Transformers: Age of Extinction
The age of the Transformer is over. Try telling Michael Bay that. Age of Extinction, the fourth installment and possibly the first in a new trilogy, looks insane. Was that a robot dinosaur, or a wolf? Christ! Among the destruction porn we have a pimped out ship from Krypton, whatever that wolf thing is, and some Pacific Rim style boat combat. Starring Mark Wahlberg as a well-meaning father who has to deal with alien destruction, some trigger happy government men, and still try to save his farm, I don’t envy his character one bit. Michael Bay will be expecting your money this summer.
