This is a disaster movie pure and simple, and in a disaster movie there is a big chance that actors can get hurt while filming. This is exactly what happened to Leonardo De Caprio and Jason Barry. After the ship hits the iceberg and Jack and Rose are trapped below deck, both De Caprio and Barry injured themselves while trying to use a bench as a battering ram. De Caprio threw out his shoulder and Barry suffered a split chin. Ouch!
