4. The Little Mermaid
If we ignore the fact that Ariel is a tiny bit of a stalker, then there is so much to enjoy about The Little Mermaid. Chief among them is the Sebastian sung “Under the Sea, a song so good it inspired a Simpson’s version. Add to this Ursula, who is basically the mother-in-law from the squirmy deep and one of the most terrifying and disgusting villains, and not one, but two great sidekicks in Flounder and Sebastien, it’s no wonder that the Little Mermaid was part of Disney’s golden age of films.
