8. Hercules
I can’t understand why, after all these years, Hercules is still so underrated. It has so many things going for it: a plot of titanic proportions, featuring the Gods of ancient Greece and their enemies the Titans. It had a superb voice cast featuring Tate Donovan, Danny DeVito, and the fantastic James Woods as the spectacularly creepy Hades, God of the Underworld. Throw in a parody of the life of an American athlete and the first anti-princess in the sharp witted Meg makes Hercules a classic modern Disney film.
