6. Up, Up and Away
This 2000 film is an excessive study in childhood daydreaming. When you’re young you see everyone in your family as some kind of authority figure, almost like they are superheroes. Well in Up, Up and Away, they actually are. Except that Scott, the son of these superheroes, has no powers of his own. Despite this Scott is called on to save the world proving himself a hero after all. A classic feel-good fantasy adventure.
