5. Miller’s Crossing

Miller’s Crossing, while being one of the Coen Brothers best films, was poorly received on its initial release. Many consider Miller’s Crossing to be a modern classic and the film where the Coen brothers cemented there cinematic style which would be used in Fargo, The Big Lebowski, and the Oscar-winning No Country for Old Men. Miller’s Crossing was the film where the Coen’s really became the Coen’s. And so cinema legends where born.
