12. Andrew McCarthy
McCarthy’s list of hit eighties movies is quite respectable: Less than Zero, Mannequin, St. Elmo ’s Fire, Pretty in Pink, and Weekend at Bernie’s. For years afterwards it was like he disappeared off the face of the earth. Recently he came out of hiding to appear in The Spiderwick Chronicles and The Good Guy. He’s had a little more success on television appearing as, Joe Bennett on Lipstick Jungle and Vincent Adler on White Collar.
