Most famous for portraying Daniel LaRusso in the The Karate Kid movies and appearing in the Francis Ford Coppola brat pack movie The Outsiders, Macchio has since returned to television. Appearing primarily as a guest star Macchio appeared in Ugly Betty, How I Met Your Mother, Law and Order: Criminal Intent and Psych. His most recent film appearance was as Joe Stefano in Hitchcock.
