9. Phoebe Cates
We all remember Phoebe Cates from THAT SCENE in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Other than awakening teenage libidos in the eighties Cates also starred in Gremlins and Private School. Her last acting appearance was in the 2001 film The Anniversary Party (with her husband Kevin Kline). Since then she has opened her own store on Madison Avenue called Blue Tree. She may be gone from our screen but she will always have a place in our hearts.
