3. Genghis Khan
This one would have been great! Action hero (a very loose title) Steven Segal playing historical Mongol warrior Genghis Khan, genius! If they cast any Asian actor under the sun this might have had a chance (I direct you to the amazing Mongol) but Segal would have butchered the film and consigned it to the list of films you only watch while extremely drunk. In fact Steven Segal practically lives on that list. This was his passion project, which he even scouted locations for, before executives came to their senses and shut it down. We also have the Mafia to thank for this, kinda.
