12. Saving Private Ryan
Although you’d honestly expect better from veteran director Steven Spielberg, there’s a crew shot so visible that it’s a surprise they didn’t wind up in the opening credits. With a film as dedicated to realism as this, it’s difficult to see how everyone could have missed this totally anachronistic mess-up- but, near the end of the film, as our noble soldiers face off against the Nazis, you can very clearly spot a couple of crew members in the bottom of the frame shifting a camera around.
