7. Justice League (Mortal)
George Miller, the Mad Max director who has taken 25 years to get the fourth installment made, had a brief distraction by trying to make the first Justice League movie. Titled Justice League: Mortal (whatever that means), Miller’s film would have been parallel to Nolan’s films but separate from them. Not much story details came to light, but Miller did compile a cast that included Adam Brody as The Flash, D.J. Cotrona as Superman, Common as Green Lantern, Megan Gale as Wonder Woman, Armie Hammer as Batman and Teresa Palmer as Talia Al Ghul. Like so many of the projects on this list, Justice League: Mortal disappeared from view very quietly.
