3. Grievously Sick
While it’s undisputed that Lucas came up with the actual Star Wars universe, his script-writing skills and directorial ability have often been called into question. However, you can’t argue with his input on the creation of General Grievous- originally meant to be portrayed by a child in a floating chair, Lucas nixed this idea in favour of the multi-armed robot killing machine we see today. Grievous’ trademark cough was also Lucas’ work- he developed a bad cough over the course of filming and recorded it to give Grievous his distinctive, rattling bark.
