14. I Am Legend
There was already so much going against Will Smith’s I Am Legend before its worldwide release: drastic changes from the source novel by Richard Mathieson, Crappy CGI vampires, they killed the dog! The worst was proof of audience power over the creation of a film. The film’s original ending was deemed to be too depressing by test audiences, causing the studio to shoot a more upbeat ending that brings the whole film down due to the fact that it doesn’t make sense.
