9. Big Trouble in Little China
John Carpenters kung Fu monster flick is probably the best movie on the list. It is perfectly made as an enjoyable B movie soaked in Asian culture and stories of old magic and martial arts. But that’s not what makes this film so watchable, what does is Kurt Russell’s Jack Burton. Like my old buddy Jack Burton always says: put an ignorant American character in the mix with Chinese monsters and wizards and let the one-liners fly. Watch this, you won’t regret it.
