10. The Alamo

It seems if you want a historically accurate film about a pivotal American event then don’t let an American make it. The Alamo is yet another historical casualty to the lazy cinematic history students. Here are just some of the tings the film got wrong. The most hilarious being that the actual stage set of the final battle is bigger than the really life site, most of the currency used in the film had not been invented yet, and Davie Crockett’s death was changed (much to the anger of historians).
