7. Quarantine
Many feel this remake of the Spanish film [Rec] would have been more successful if the marketing department didn’t show the climactic scene in the trailer AND the films poster. Everyone else knew the film would be a stinker anyway. Designed as a cash grab, by remaking popular a European horror film, Quarantine is nothing more than a shameless con for your money. Even lead actress Jennifer Carpenter knew it was a dud, at least that’s the impression I got when the Dexter character got even more foul-mouthed. That shit’s not acting.
