Mission Impossible fans are no doubt gearing up already for the fifth installment of the series, starring Tom Cruise once more. As all the films have been made so far, this one will have a brand new director to the franchise: Christopher McQuarrie.
Although the official release date has not been announced, fans are praying that the sequel will be out before 2015 is through. Director McQuarrie has a full schedule which includes such projects as Jack Reacher and Edge of Tomorrow, both of which also star our favorite couch-jumping actor.
The casting is still being done for the film, with Jessica Chastain believed to be considered for the female lead. Barring any delays, the production schedule is set to begin filming very soon.
We can expect possibly a Thanksgiving or Christmas release date in 2015. Even if it ends up coming to the big screen in 2016, fans will certainly not be disappointed. Speaking of not being disappointed…
