After all that dodgy plastic surgery and a career that took somewhat of a nosedive because of it, Mickey Rourke looked like he’d finally climbed back into our hearts with an Oscar nomination for The Wrestler. Not that that stopped everyone from killing him off like they’ve been doing his entire damn career, mind-in everything from his comeback in Sin City to one of his earliest outings Rumble Fish, he’s constantly been at the mercy of cruel scriptwriters determined to typecast him as a dead guy.
