3. The Stars Didn’t Get Along
It’s not uncommon for stars to rub each other up the wrong way-and even MacAdams and Gosling, supposedly creating a love story for the generations, found their counterparts on the wrong side of endearingly irritating. Gosling later said of shooting the movie with Rachel “We inspired the worst in each other…It was a strange experience, making a love story and not getting along with your costar in any way.” Horrible news for lovestruck fans everywhere.
