6. Continuity Errors
It seemed a lot of the time the creators were so taken with the love story they were creating that they didn’t often notice what was going on in front of camera-for instance, in one scene Gosling’s glasses magically change from reading glasses to bifocals, while in another, Older Allie is wearing a shawl that promptly disappears half way through the scene. There’s also a parking meter that historically has no place being in the film!
