3. Bridesmaids
This is perhaps the first Oscar-nominated film to feature a woman pooing herself in the middle of the street. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with Bridesmaids, per se-I just think that people were so floored by the fact that a romcom had turned out more than terrible that the film got more praise than it deserved. It’s not particularly creative, is slightly funny, and hits an all-round average that doesn’t earn the hype around it.
