3. The Lord of the Rings
Just before the battle with Sauron’s army takes place in the third and final movie, Return of the King, we’re treated to a stumble so large it’s a wonder it took place under Peter Jackson’s watchful eye. A long shot of the Orcs, on closer inspection, reveals that two crew members are hiding in their midst. A quick cut and we see a crew member, along with a couple of other tagalongs, wearing a clearly out-of-place hat and still caught up in the Orc mêlée.
