10 New Horror Films You’ll Love
9. The ABCs of Death
I’ve spoken about this film at length before, as I really think it’s one of the best ways to discover new directors out there. I mean, there are some spectacularly horrible and just nasty sequences on show here, but some of the good stuff-as nasty as it is-warrants a watch thanks to it’s style. Animation, surrealism, meta, silent and slasher are all accounted for here in a gleeful salute to everything that horror has ever done well. Exactly what a compilation movie should be, as far as I’m concerned.
