5. Guardians of the Galaxy
The next instalment of the Marvel Comic Universe, Guardians of the Galaxy takes the franchise in a whole new direction. This is Marvel’s first original film since Captain America: The First Avenger, so it will be interesting to see director James Gunn expand this already massive universe. Starring Chris Pratt, as a cocky space pilot called Starlord (by himself, mostly), Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Vin Diesel as a sentient tree named Groot, and Bradley Cooper voicing wise-cracking Rocket Raccoon, the Avengers have to watch their backs since there’s a meaner, greener, super-team in town.
