10. Speed Rader
The Wachowskis has always been divisive filmmakers up until this point, but one thing was never in question-their ability to make things look fantastic. Trying to save their flagging careers after the disastrous Matrix sequels, Speed Racer-the adaptation of a classic Japanese anime- wound up in the junk pile. But it didn’t deserve to be- with gorgeous visuals and a tongue-in-cheek attitude, it was more winning than Revolutions and Reloaded combined.
