12 Horror Movies You Won’t Watch Alone
6. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
I don’t think anyone would argue with this finding it’s way onto the list. It’s not just the now-legendary status of Tobe Hooper’s debut that renders it worth watching- it’s the glorious movie itself that does that. It leaves you with the feeling of having dirt under your nails, in the best possible way- it’s sweaty, greasy, and altogether nasty. The aesthetic is something to be admired, and the actors who portray the deadly family never fail to terrify with performances that verge on a little too convincing.
