6. A Scanner Darkly
Okay, so the highly stylised adaptation of a Philip K. Dick novel about highly addictive drugs might not sound like the laugh-a-minute you’ve been looking for, but bear with me. The visual style is so awesome the movie becomes pretty much hypnotising, and there are a ton of funny, clever performances from famous faces (RDJ, Winona Ryder, Rory Cochrane) to supplement the utter craziness of the plot. Just sit back and let it wash over you.
