Featuring a seriously adorable Macauley Culkin in one of his earliest roles, it’s hard not to find yourself drawn in to the tear-jerking tale at the story’s centre. Following a young girl who is pretty much obsessed with death-her father runs a funeral home, after all-it’s ostensibly a coming-of-age story with a sad, gooey centre, but is actually one of the most viciously heart-breaking movies you’ll ever see. Not for the faint of heart.
