Oh, c’mon, I couldn’t get through a list of action films without at the very least a nod to this boxing classic. Featuring Sylvester Stallone at what we’ll generously assume is his best as a boxer looking to break back into the big time, Rocky is still a film that will leave you pumped and ready for action by the time it’s over. If you can stomach the cheesy love plot, the boxing fights are exciting and as viscous as they should be.
