10. Life of Brian
If Last Temptation of Christ got it, then this was always going to be in the chopping block too. This Monty Python movie, voted one of the best comedies of all time by critics, told the somewhat tongue-in-cheek story of Brian who finds himself at the centre of a cult of worshippers. Featuring spaceships and frontal nudity, it’s perhaps no wonder that it got deemed as a mockery of Christianity and was summarily banned in various countries.
