7. Edward Sisscorhands
Another Tim Burton classic for the list-and, with the clever way he taps into the strange creature that is family in this movie, it’s no wonder he got a penchant for the strange. Johnny Depp stars as the handsome Frankenstein of the title, coming down from his castle to live with the family of a young Winona Ryder. It’s sweet, with a gorgeous score from Danny Elfman to boot, and you’ll find yourself with a speck of dust in your eye towards the end. Mainly thanks to Vincent Price’s very last on-screen performance.
