8. The Muppet Christmas Carol
Alright, so it might be a blisteringly obvious one, but I know too many people for whom this movie is a Christmas tradition not to have it on the list. Michael Caine plays the straight man to a bunch of wise-cracking, song-singing Muppets in this kicky retelling on the class Stevenson tale of morality and ghosts from the past, present and future. Oh, and Gonzo was never better than in this movie. Period.
