7. Serenity
You’d think that the movie for a series as big-and as sorely missed- as Firefly would have no problem raking in the big bucks at the box office. Unfortunately, you-and Joss Whedon- would be wrong, as the film failed to even recoup its budget upon release. For fans of the series, it provides a satisfactory ending to what was an unfinished story- for the rest of the world, it was just another kooky sci-fi junket cluttering up their screens.
