2. Rudy
Rudy, while an inspirational film, is in reality a shameless example of self-advertising. Pitched to the studio by Rudy himself, certain dramatic and heart-warming scenes are nothing but complete fiction. The crowd never chanted Rudy’s name (they probably didn’t even know his name), and Notre Dame coach actually decided to put him in the game due to the fact that all seniors were supposed to play in the final game. Still a good story though.
