3. Theatre of Blood
If you’re a fan of classic horror cinema (and really, who isn’t?) then this pick might be for you. Featuring a gloriously campy turn from genre veteran Vincent Price, it follows the murderous actor Edward Lionheart as he takes out his biggest critics in suitably Shakespearean fashions. It’s immensely tongue-in-cheek, but that doesn’t detract from some real scares and some really entertaining deaths into the bargain. Unmissable for real fans of the genre.
